We are excited to announce our Autumn and Winter Exhibitions at Robert Young Antiques...

As part of the event programme for BADA Week 2023, we will be hosting a special week-long exhibition of Scandinavian Folk Art Entitled "Stories, Beer, Courtship and Ceremony".The exhibition is a curated collection of pieces that explore the region's historic traditions of ritual and revelry. (14-18 November)

         

In December, as part of our Contemporary Collaborations Initiative, we are delighted to welcome Tom Hickman back to our Gallery, for a significant exhibtion of retrospective work as well as recent collections. Tom Hickman is a self-taught artist  who lives and works alone in a croft on the Isle of Lewis in the Outer Hebrides.   

“One Man and His Needle” - a decade of Wool Art from the Western Isles will run from 6-16 December. An artist's preview will be held at the Gallery on 5th December from 6-8pm.
